LiveDigital Stamp Card
A stamp card on your customer’s phone instead of paper — a stamp on every visit, one free after the number you set.
Stamp Card is a digital loyalty card that brings customers back. Customers open their card on their phone; there is no app to install, and they can add it to the home screen. At the till you find the customer by phone number or by the QR code on their card and give a stamp with one tap; when they reach the number you set, one item or service is free. It works on its own, without QR Menu; if Menu or Booking is also on, the same card collects stamps there too.
Your account opens with Stamp Card. It stays open for 15 days, no credit card needed.
How it works
- 01
Set up the programme
Choose how many stamps earn a free item and the title of the card.
- 02
Find the customer at the till
Type the phone number, or scan the card’s QR code with the camera or a barcode scanner.
- 03
Give a stamp, send the card to the phone
On the first visit the card is opened with the customer’s consent; they scan the code on the screen to get the card on their phone.
- 04
Redeem the free item
When the count is reached, the reward shows on the card; “Redeem 1 free item” at the till takes the stamps off the card.
Who it’s for
- Cafés and coffee shops
- Bakeries and patisseries
- Hair salons, barbers and beauty salons
- Any shop whose customers keep coming back
Example
A coffee shop
An illustrative flow; it does not describe a real business.
- Day 1, 08:10
A new customer asks for a card while buying a coffee. The cashier types the phone number; the card is opened with the customer’s consent and the first stamp is given.
- Day 1, 08:11
The customer scans the code on the screen; the card opens on their phone and they add it to the home screen.
- Day 2, 08:05
The customer shows their card; the cashier scans the QR code with the camera and gives +1 stamp.
- Week 2
The card fills up and the reward shows on it. The cashier taps “Redeem 1 free item”; the stamps come off the card and a new round begins.
- Month end
The return-visit report shows how many customers came back and who hasn’t been in for 30 days; the list downloads as CSV.
Live today
The card on the customer’s phone
- The card opens in the phone’s browser; no app needed, and it can be added to the home screen
- The stamp count shows on the card, and so does the reward once it is ready
- The QR code on the card is scanned at the till
- You can revoke a card link at any time
Till
- Find the customer by phone number or card QR code: camera, barcode scanner or paste
- +1 stamp with one tap; one stamp per visit
- Open a card at the till for a customer who has none, with their consent
- “Send the card to the phone”: the customer scans the code on the screen
- “Redeem 1 free item” when the count is reached: the stamps come off the card
- Protection against double taps: the same action on the same card is not repeated within 30 seconds
Counter QR code and Google reviews
- Optional counter QR code: customers stamp their own card, with a daily limit
- A Google review link after the visit you choose; no reward in exchange for a review
Customers and report
- Customer list: stamps, free items earned and redeemed, last visit; search
- Report: cards opened, stamps given, free items redeemed; by date range
- Return rate and customers who haven’t been back in 30 days; the list downloads as CSV
- Where stamps came from: till, Menu or Booking
Roles and personal data
- Two roles: Stamp Card Manager and Till; the till role does not see settings or the report
- A new card is opened only with the customer’s explicit consent
- On a customer’s request the manager deletes their card and personal data; stamp history stays, unlinked from the person
Works together
Because the blocks share one core, these links work today.
- QR Menu
If QR Menu is also on, menu tabs give stamps to the same card; the product and branch rules live in Menu. Cards and stamps are shared.
- Booking & Reservations
In Booking, the “Take payment” receipt gives the customer a stamp on the same card; voiding the receipt takes the stamp back.
Good to know
- Stamp Card sends no SMS, email or notifications to customers; the lapsed-customer list is only shown and downloaded as CSV.
- The card is not added to Apple or Google Wallet; it opens in the phone’s browser.
- At the till every visit is one stamp; per-product stamp rules exist only for QR Menu tabs.
- The Stamp Card till does not issue receipts or take payments; redeeming a free item only takes the stamps off the card.
The shared core underneath
The same in every block: users, permissions, security and records.
- Your own company space
- Each company’s data is isolated from others and lives at its own address.
- Roles and permissions per app
- A separate role per user per app; managers see only their team.
- Two-factor authentication
- A code sent by email; turned on per company.
- Audit log
- Who changed what, and when — recorded.
- You choose where your data lives
- AWS Frankfurt (EU) by default; on request, your own servers (on-prem).
- Interface in three languages
- English · Turkish · Azerbaijani. Arabic can be added on request.
