LiveHR
Run your multi-country team from one place — records, org chart, leave, approvals, shifts, attendance, hiring and documents.
Built for companies with people in more than one country. Türkiye, Azerbaijan and UK holiday calendars with business-day calculation are live today, and seniority-based annual leave follows Turkish labour law in Türkiye and the Labour Code in Azerbaijan (at least 21 calendar days, plus service-length extra days). With self-serve sign-up, HR is switched on right away.

How it works
- 01
Add your people
Enter them one by one or import from Excel; the preview shows warnings row by row.
- 02
Choose your rules
Country holidays, leave types, approval steps and the check-in method.
- 03
The team serves itself
Employees raise requests, check in and out, and look up their documents and balances.
- 04
You approve and follow
Pending approvals sit on your dashboard; every change is in the audit log.
Who it’s for
- Companies with people in more than one country or location
- Teams that want leave and approvals out of email and Excel
- Small companies where one person, or the founder, runs HR
Example
The path of a leave request
An illustrative flow; it does not describe a real business.
- Monday
An employee asks for 3 days of annual leave from “My Space”; the balance and any public holiday in between are taken into account.
- Same day
The request lands on the manager’s dashboard; the manager approves, and a second step takes over if you have one.
- After approval
The leave shows on the team calendar and the balance is updated; who approved what and when is recorded.
- Back at work
The employee scans the rotating QR code on the screen at the entrance to check in.

Attendance
- Check-in/out and 30-day history

- Location check-in: a workplace point and radius; coordinates are not stored
- Leave the method open or make it mandatory; exemptions for remote workers
Shift planning
- Shift templates, including shifts that run past midnight
- Weekly plan: click, drag or assign in bulk; copy last week
- Draft → publish: employees see their own shifts; notifications in the panel, no email
- Rule warnings: leave and holiday clashes, rest between shifts, weekly hours, night work, weekly day off
- Rules come with country defaults the company can change; they warn, they do not block
- Planned versus actual: late arrivals, early departures, overtime candidates
- Off by default for each company; the HR admin switches it on
Performance: OKRs, one-on-ones, reviews
- Company, team and personal objectives; period lock
- Warnings when objectives conflict
- One-on-one notes with privacy boundaries
- Weekly objective check-ins and reminders; my team’s objectives
- Review cycles: self and manager forms, calibration, sharing results
- 360° feedback: the employee suggests reviewers, the manager approves; the summary is aggregated and anonymous
Employee surveys
- Pulse and engagement surveys: scale, eNPS, choice and open questions
- Audience: company, department, location or country
- Anonymous or named; anonymous results stay hidden below a minimum number of answers
- Ready templates; repeat a survey in a new round and see the trend

Good to know
- Location checks are a deterrent, not proof; the rotating QR code is stronger.
- Overtime candidates are a report only; nothing is added to any amount automatically.
