QR Menu

Enter your menu once — it opens at the table, orders reach the kitchen, and the bill is settled at the table.

Menu lets you publish your items by category with photos, options and allergen information. It creates a separate QR code for each table; guests scan it, see the menu without installing an app and, if you want, order from the same page. Orders land on the order board and the kitchen screen; the bill is collected at the table in cash, by card or by transfer. If you only want to show the menu, you keep ordering switched off. We switch Menu on in your account together with you.

Your account opens with Menu. It stays open for 15 days, no credit card needed.

How it works

  1. 01

    Enter your menu

Categories, items, photos, options and allergens.

  2. 02

Set up tables, print the QR codes

Every table gets its own code; you print them in bulk on A4.

  3. 03

    Choose your ordering rule

A waiter approves each phone’s first order (recommended), every order, or none.

  4. 04

Serve, then take payment at the table

Follow orders on the board and the kitchen screen; settle the bill at the table.

Who it’s for

  • Cafés and coffee shops
  • Restaurants and diners
  • Bakeries, bars, bistros
  • Places that only want a QR menu, without ordering

Example

A café table

An illustrative flow; it does not describe a real business.

  1. 13:05

A guest at table 4 scans the code, picks two coffees and a slice of cheesecake, and sends the order.

  2. 13:06

As it is this phone’s first order, a waiter goes to the table and approves it; the order appears on the kitchen screen.

  3. 13:07

If Inventory is on, the cheesecake comes off stock; if it was the last slice, the menu shows it as “sold out” by itself.

  4. 13:25

Another coffee is ordered from the same phone; this time it goes to the kitchen without waiting for approval.

  5. 13:50

The guest taps “Ask for the bill”. The waiter splits it between 2 people: one pays cash, the other by card; when nothing remains, the table closes.

  6. Day end

Cash desk: the amount collected, discounts, voids and any tabs closed without payment.

Live today

01

Menu management

  • Categories and items on one screen; reorder and edit
  • Change the price inline; entered VAT-inclusive
  • One-tap “sold out”: for today or until you change it
  • Option groups: size, extras, with price differences
  • Upload photos from your phone; they are resized automatically
  • Multiple menus with display hours (e.g. breakfast)
02

The menu your guests see

  • Opens fast on a phone; no app needed
  • Search and filters: vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, allergen-free
  • Item details: description, options, allergens, calories
  • Language switcher: Turkish, English, Azerbaijani
  • In your company’s colour and logo
03

Tables, QR codes, printouts

  • Areas and tables; a QR code per table
  • Print QR cards in bulk on A4 or download PNG/SVG
  • Regenerate a code: the old one stops working
  • A printable price list for the door and tables
  • Completeness check: items missing a price, name or allergen info
04

Ordering from the table

  • Guests order from the QR page, with options and an order note
  • Approval rule: each phone’s first order, every order, or none
  • Guests see their order status and the table’s bill on the page
  • “Call the waiter” and “Ask for the bill”
  • Sending the same order twice still creates a single order
  • You can switch ordering off whenever you want
05

Order board, kitchen, tables

  • Order board: orders in columns by status
  • Kitchen screen: the kitchen role does not see payment amounts
  • Floor view: open tables, orders awaiting approval, amount remaining
  • Waiters can also enter orders from the panel
  • Move a tab to an empty table
06

Payment at the table and cash desk

  • “Take payment”: cash, card, transfer; one payment can be split across types
  • Split the bill by amount or evenly between “N people”; each share gets its own receipt
  • Partial payments: the amount remaining stays visible on the tab
  • The table closes when nothing remains; optionally “do not close a table before payment”
  • Receipt discounts and voids belong to the manager; a void needs a reason
  • Day-end cash desk: collected, discounts, voids, tabs closed without payment; CSV
07

Stock link

  • Turn on stock tracking for a menu item and see the quantity on the same screen
  • Tracked items come off stock when the order is accepted and return when it is cancelled
  • An item that runs out shows as “sold out” on the guest menu and in the kitchen by itself
  • Works when Inventory is switched on for your company
08

Digital stamp card

  • The card opens on the guest’s phone; no app needed, and it can be added to the home screen
  • Stamps at the till by scanning the card’s QR code: with the camera in the panel, or by the waiter in Telegram
  • Optional counter QR code: guests stamp their own card, with a daily limit
  • The card shows when a reward is ready; it is redeemed at the till
  • A Google review link after the visit you choose; no reward in exchange for a review
  • Return-visit report: return rate, guests who haven’t been back in 30 days, by branch; CSV

Works together

Because the blocks share one core, these links work today.

  • Inventory

With Inventory on, orders come off stock and an item that runs out turns “sold out” on the menu by itself.

Good to know

  • Receipts are information receipts; they do not replace a fiscal document or a cash-register receipt.
  • There are no service-charge, cover or tip fields, and no credit sales.
  • The waiter takes payment at the table and records it; online payment from the guest’s phone is not available yet.
  • The bill is split by amount or by number of people; there is no split by items.
  • The stock link works per product: options and ingredients are not deducted.
  • The stamp card sends no messages to guests and is not added to Apple or Google Wallet.

The shared core underneath

The same in every block: users, permissions, security and records.

Your own company space
Each company’s data is isolated from others and lives at its own address.
Roles and permissions per app
A separate role per user per app; managers see only their team.
One cash-desk logic
Booking and Menu share the same sales and receipt core: a receipt never changes afterwards, and a voided one stays on record with its reason.
Two-factor authentication
A code sent by email; turned on per company.
Audit log
Who changed what, and when — recorded.
You choose where your data lives
AWS Frankfurt (EU) by default; on request AWS Istanbul (Türkiye) or your own servers (on-prem).
Interface in three languages
Turkish · English · Azerbaijani.
