LiveInventory
What is on the shelf and how much is left — every movement on record.
Inventory tracks product quantities through goods in, goods out and stock counts. The product card is shared with the CRM catalog, so you define a product once. Plug in a barcode scanner and scan. Products on a Booking receipt and accepted Menu orders come off stock automatically. We switch Inventory on in your account together with you.
- Barkod
- scanner for goods in, out and counts
- Excel
- import of products and opening stock
- 3
- roles: manager, warehouse keeper, viewer
We switch Inventory on in your account together — write to us.
How it works
- 01
Enter your products
Add them one by one or import from Excel together with opening stock.
- 02
Record goods in and out
Search for the product or scan its barcode, then enter the quantity.
- 03
Let sales deduct themselves
A Booking receipt and a Menu order come off stock; a void or cancellation puts them back.
- 04
Count and correct
Enter as you count the shelf; differences are posted on your approval.
Who it’s for
- Shops and boutiques
- Workshops and warehouses
- Salons that also sell products (with Booking)
- Cafés and restaurants (with Menu, per product)
Example
The path of a product
An illustrative flow; it does not describe a real business.
- Monday
24 bottles of shampoo arrive; the barcode is scanned and they are taken into stock with a goods-in slip.
- Tuesday
One shampoo is added to a receipt in Booking; stock goes down to 23.
- Wednesday
A receipt was issued by mistake; once it is voided, the shampoo returns to stock with a reversal.
- Friday
The quantity falls below the minimum level; the product shows a low-stock badge on the stock list.
- Month end
The count comes up one bottle short; once the difference is approved, a correcting movement is posted.

- One product card shared with the CRM catalog
- Code, barcode, category, unit, purchase and sale price

Goods in, out, transfers
- Quick slip: search or scan a barcode, enter the quantity

Counts and tracking

- Stock levels with low-stock and negative-stock badges
- Movement history and CSV export
- Import products and opening stock from Excel or CSV
Purchases and cost
- A purchase document in Bookkeeping adds to the stock of tracked products
- Weighted average cost
- Stock value
- The Bookkeeping profitability report takes the cost of goods sold from here
Linked to sales
- Booking: products come off stock when the receipt is issued and return when it is voided
- Menu: tracked products come off stock when the order is accepted and return when it is cancelled
- In Menu, a product that runs out shows as “sold out” automatically
- Beauty Centre: products used on a treatment record come off stock and return if the record is cancelled
- In Booking, a receipt is issued even when stock is short; you get a warning for anything that went negative
- If a stock movement cannot be written, the sale still goes through and the pending movement is retried
Works together
Because the blocks share one core, these links work today.
- Booking & Reservations
A product added to a “Take payment” receipt in Booking comes off stock.
- QR Menu
A Menu item with stock tracking on is deducted by orders and turns “sold out” when it runs out.
- CRM
The product card is shared with the CRM catalog; you define a product once.
- Bookkeeping
A finalised purchase document in Bookkeeping adds to the stock of tracked products and updates their average cost.
- Beauty Centre
A tracked product written on a Beauty Centre treatment record comes off stock.
Good to know
- There are no recipes or ingredient deductions: selling a product reduces the stock of that product only.
- Automatic deduction needs Inventory to be switched on for your company.
- A sales document in Bookkeeping does not come off stock; deduction happens on Booking and Menu sales.
The shared core underneath
The same in every block: users, permissions, security and records.
- Your own company space
- Each company’s data is isolated from others and lives at its own address.
- Roles and permissions per app
- A separate role per user per app; managers see only their team.
- One cash-desk logic
- Booking and Menu share the same sales and receipt core: a receipt never changes afterwards, and a voided one stays on record with its reason.
- Two-factor authentication
- A code sent by email; turned on per company.
- Audit log
- Who changed what, and when — recorded.
- You choose where your data lives
- AWS Frankfurt (EU) by default; on request AWS Istanbul (Türkiye) or your own servers (on-prem).
- Interface in three languages
- Turkish · English · Azerbaijani.
