Beauty salons, skin care, laser hair removal
LiveBeauty Centre
Sell session packages, collect signed consent, record each treatment — all on top of your booking calendar.
Beauty Centre is built on Booking: the same calendar, specialists, services and cash desk. On top it adds session packages, consent forms, treatment records and next-session reminders. Packages are sold at the cash desk; when an appointment is marked “done”, a session comes off automatically, and the client sees what is left from a link, with no account. We switch Beauty Centre on in your account together with you.
- TR · EN · AZ
- consent form languages, versioned templates
- 2
- ways to sign: a tablet or the client’s phone, by finger
- KVKK
- privacy notice and explicit consent kept separate from the form
Your account opens with Beauty Centre and Booking. It stays open for 15 days, no credit card needed.
How it works
- 01
Define your packages
Choose which of your Booking services a package covers, how many sessions it has and how many days it is valid.
- 02
Write your consent template
In Turkish, English and Azerbaijani; the privacy notice stays separate. Changing the text creates a new version.
- 03
Sell the package, collect consent
The package is sold at the cash desk with a receipt; the client signs the form with a finger on a tablet or their own phone.
- 04
Sessions come off, the next one is remembered
When an appointment is “done”, a session comes off; the treatment is recorded, and clients due for their next session appear on the call list.
Who it’s for
- Beauty salons and skin-care centres
- Laser hair-removal studios
- Businesses that keep session packages and consent forms on paper or in Excel
Example
The path of a laser package
An illustrative flow; it does not describe a real business.
- First visit
The client reads the consent form on a tablet in their own language and signs with a finger; they confirm the privacy notice separately.
- Same day
The front desk sells an 8-session laser package at the cash desk; a receipt is issued, the package is linked to the client, and the expiry date is filled in.
- After the session
The specialist marks the appointment “done” and one session comes off the package. They record the area, device setting and shot count. As the package covers the service, it is not charged again.
- Next day
The client asks how many sessions are left; the front desk passes on the “my sessions” link, and the client sees it without an account.
- Weeks later
Under the next-session rule, the client appears on the call list; the front desk calls and marks them as “called”.
Live today
Built on Booking
- The same calendar, specialists, services and client card; no separate copy
- Package sales and receipts go through the Booking cash desk, with the day-end totals
- Specialists see only their own clients; the front desk sees everyone
Session packages
- Package definition: covered services, number of sessions, days of validity
- Sold at the cash desk with a receipt; the expiry date is set automatically
- A session comes off when the appointment is “done”; for walk-ins it is deducted by hand
- Undoing returns the session; a reason is recorded and the trail is kept
- The same appointment never takes two sessions
- A service covered by a package is not charged again at checkout
“My sessions” link
- Clients see their remaining sessions without an account
- Only the client’s name and packages are shown
- The link expires; a manager can revoke it
Consent forms
- You write the template: Turkish, English, Azerbaijani
- Changing the text creates a new version; a signed consent stays tied to the version that was read
- Signed with a finger on a tablet, or through a one-time link on the client’s phone
- The text that was read and the time of signing are kept; printable
- The privacy notice is separate from the consent; explicit consent is its own checkbox and can be withdrawn
Treatment records and reminders
- Treatment record: service, specialist, area, device and setting, shot count, notes
- Products used come off stock (with Inventory on); records are never deleted, only cancelled
- A “next session in X days” rule per service
- Call list: mark each client as called or not needed
Works together
Because the blocks share one core, these links work today.
- Booking & Reservations
The calendar, specialists, services, client card and cash desk come from Booking; Beauty Centre needs Booking switched on.
- Inventory
With Inventory on, tracked products written on a treatment record come off stock and return if the record is cancelled.
Good to know
- Receipts are information receipts; they do not replace an official or fiscal document or a cash-register receipt.
- There are no medical procedure, diagnosis or prescription records; medical aesthetics is outside this product’s scope.
- The system sends no email or SMS; you pass the links on to your clients yourself.
- The consent form text is the text you write; it is not a substitute for legal advice.
The shared core underneath
The same in every block: users, permissions, security and records.
- Your own company space
- Each company’s data is isolated from others and lives at its own address.
- Roles and permissions per app
- A separate role per user per app; managers see only their team.
- One cash-desk logic
- Booking and Menu share the same sales and receipt core: a receipt never changes afterwards, and a voided one stays on record with its reason.
- Two-factor authentication
- A code sent by email; turned on per company.
- Audit log
- Who changed what, and when — recorded.
- You choose where your data lives
- AWS Frankfurt (EU) by default; on request AWS Istanbul (Türkiye) or your own servers (on-prem).
- Interface in three languages
- Turkish · English · Azerbaijani.

Planned, not live yet.- Next-session reminders on Telegram (with the salon’s own bot, one at a time)
