LiveBooking & Reservations
Let customers pick their own time — you just watch your calendar and queue.
Once you define your services and staff, Booking gives you your own booking page: the customer picks a service, a staff member and a time; you see it on the calendar. The queue for walk-ins lives in the same place. When the job is done, “Take payment” puts the service and anything you sold on one receipt, and at the end of the day you look at your cash desk. We switch Booking on in your account together with you.
- QR
- book or join the queue from the QR at the door

- 3

Your account opens with Booking. It stays open for 15 days, no credit card needed.
How it works
- 01
Enter your services and staff
Duration, price, working hours and breaks. You can start from the ready barber template.
- 02
Share your page
Your address and QR code are ready; customers pick the service, staff member and time themselves.
- 03
Run the day from the calendar
Online bookings, phone callers and the walk-in queue in the same place.
- 04
Take payment, close the day
A receipt is issued when the job is done; at day end you see totals by payment type and staff member.
Who it’s for
- Barbers and hair salons
- Beauty salons, clinics, studios
- Businesses that take walk-ins in turn
- Salons that sell products alongside services
Example
A day at a salon
An illustrative flow; it does not describe a real business.
- 09:40
A customer scans the QR code at the door and books a haircut for 11:00; it appears in that staff member’s column on the calendar.
- 11:10
Someone walks in without a booking; the front desk adds them to the queue and an estimated wait is shown.
- 11:35
The haircut is done. The staff member taps “Take payment” and adds a shampoo to the receipt; the customer pays half in cash and half by card.
- 11:36
If Inventory is on, the shampoo comes off stock. The information receipt can be printed from the browser.
- 19:00
The manager opens the cash desk: cash, card and transfer totals, a breakdown by staff member, voids. A CSV download is there if needed.

Payments and receipts
- “Take payment” at the end of an appointment or a queue entry
- Add services and products to the receipt; line and receipt discounts
- Split payment: cash, card, bank transfer
- Payment can be taken before the appointment starts (paid up front at the salon)
- Counter sales without an appointment, for customers who only buy a product
- The information receipt prints from the browser
Cash desk and control
- Day-end cash desk: totals by payment type, staff member, services and products
- Receipts are never deleted; voiding needs a reason, and who voided is recorded

- A paid appointment cannot be reopened or cancelled
- The day’s receipts download as CSV
Works together
Because the blocks share one core, these links work today.
- Inventory
With Inventory on, products on a receipt come off stock automatically; voiding the receipt puts them back.
- Beauty Centre
With Beauty Centre on, a session comes off the package when an appointment is “done”; a service covered by a package is not charged again.
Good to know
- Receipts are information receipts; they do not replace a fiscal document or a cash-register receipt.
- There is no credit sale: a receipt is issued once the payments equal its total.
The shared core underneath
The same in every block: users, permissions, security and records.
- Your own company space
- Each company’s data is isolated from others and lives at its own address.
- Roles and permissions per app
- A separate role per user per app; managers see only their team.
- One cash-desk logic
- Booking and Menu share the same sales and receipt core: a receipt never changes afterwards, and a voided one stays on record with its reason.
- Two-factor authentication
- A code sent by email; turned on per company.
- Audit log
- Who changed what, and when — recorded.
- You choose where your data lives
- AWS Frankfurt (EU) by default; on request AWS Istanbul (Türkiye) or your own servers (on-prem).
- Interface in three languages
- Turkish · English · Azerbaijani.
