You’ll track recurring fees such as dues, memberships, instalments and maintenance contracts in one place: period charges, payments, bank matching.

Planned scope

• Plans for association and club dues, gym and PT memberships, course and nursery instalments, B2B maintenance contracts
• You’ll be able to pause, cancel or switch the plan of a subscription
• Period charges will be prepared as drafts and confirmed once a manager approves them
• Manual payment entry and receipts; a receipt is not an official document (not an e-invoice or e-archive invoice)
• Upload a bank statement (Excel, CSV, MT940): transfers will be matched to charges by each subscriber’s payment reference
• Subscriber portal link: subscribers will see their own balance, the IBAN and their payment reference
• Reminder list: open in WhatsApp, copy the text or send a single email
• No online card payments in the first version; amounts include VAT
