Documents & Approvals

You’ll draft documents from templates, run them through an approval flow and send customers a signing link: multi-step approvals, approval records, a document vault. Approvers work on their phones, and customers sign on theirs.

Planned scope

• Documents from templates: {{field}} variables fill in from the record; a published template version is locked
• One to three approval steps: approve, reject (a reason is required), resubmit; an event timeline
• Pending-approvals inbox on the phone: approve or reject with one tap
• Signing link: the customer reads the document on their phone, types their name and signs with a finger; single-use and time-limited; opens by QR code on a tablet too
• You send the signing link over WhatsApp to one person, from your own phone
• Approval record: the document fingerprint (SHA-256), time of signing and channel; a printable evidence page
• Document vault: document type, validity date, upcoming-expiry warning, retention setting (default at least 10 years)
• Important limit: the signing link and approval record are a simple record; they do not replace a qualified signature under Turkish Law 5070 and are not for transactions needing official form or a notary
