Events & Tickets

You’ll run workshops, seminars, concerts and private shows: ticket types, a registration page, QR-code tickets, manual payments and a refund list. Attendees will keep their ticket on their phone, and door staff will check people in with theirs.

Planned scope

• Event record: date, venue and map link, capacity, registration cut-off
• Ticket types: free or paid, quota per type, limit per person; the total price is shown up front
• A public registration page with a privacy-notice consent; a waiting list once the event is full
• QR-code ticket: a no-login page that opens on the phone, shares over WhatsApp and adds to the calendar
• Door screen: staff scan the QR code with a phone and see admitted, already in, or invalid; a live entry counter
• Manual payments (cash, card, bank transfer) and a list of refunds due when an event is cancelled
• The attendee list downloads as CSV; walk-in registration at the door; ready-made WhatsApp reminders, one by one
• The ticket is an information ticket, not a tax document; no online card payments, seat maps or offline door checks in the first version
