Forms & Surveys

You’ll build forms and surveys and reach customers with a link or a QR code: customer satisfaction and NPS, privacy-notice and consent records, and a results report. Customers fill them in on their phone without logging in.

Planned scope

• Question types: short and long text, single and multiple choice, 1-5 scale, NPS (0-10), date, phone, email, checkbox
• Ready-made templates: customer satisfaction (3 questions), NPS, application, feedback, event registration
• A public form link and QR code: no login, one question per screen on phones, a closing date, bot protection
• A privacy notice and a separate consent box per form; the approved notice version is stored with the answer, raw IPs are not
• Results report: percentages, averages, NPS, CSV download; anonymous mode and a small-group threshold
• A notification to the manager on a low score; a response can be linked to the record it came from, such as an appointment or a receipt
• You send the link and QR code over WhatsApp to one person at a time, from your own phone
• Retention setting and anonymisation; no file uploads or bulk email or SMS in the first version
